I'm making this AdWords HelpDesk service available Free of Charge for several reasons:

• I am a Professional Technical Support provider (from the world of IT)
• You need answers to your own questions, not what I might imagine you need
• I'm fed up of all the nonsense published online about AdWords
• I'm fed up of all the self-proclaimed "experts"
• I'm fed up auditing people's AdWords accounts when run by Agencies, only to find serious problems
• People need help, and they can't get it from Google (but I can)
• When enough content exists on this site, I'll be making it membership based, with exclusive services for members
