All you can do is change your website domain name, and everything else that Google know about you like payment details. It can be done (we have) but it takes a lot of flexibility to pull it off. My relationship management team at Google state that once an account is suspended for repeated violations of LPQS (poor quality landing page), the suspension is permanent. You'd have to start over with a new account (which I've done successfully for a client). I'll let your post stand and if anyone buys your product they can attest to its usefulness here. I thought by matching the keyword with a more targeted landing page would improve my CTR. Prior to this I directed all traffic to my home page, not to a specific landing page like this. HOWEVER, to my surprise ....they both received a 2/10 for quality score ...and status of "Rarely shown due to low quality score" Keyword relevance: Poor. The landing page and landing page load time comes up as "no problems." Did I just get Google Slapped!?!? I don't have a real good overall CTR .58% as a result of testing etc. I'm also wondering since it's a lead generation page could that be the problem too?
