You Can't See Your AdWords Ad.
Why Not?
You're running your ad which has an account in a different timezone.
Make sure you don't have a schedule conflict and your ad has not yet "woken up".
You can always view keyword status by hovering your mouse over the magnifying glass to the right hand side of the keyword when logged in to your account.
