The AdWords Quality Score

Every keyword is graded for it's Quality Score.

This is a measure of how well your keywords match your ads and web pages.

This is to ensure that when users type in their search terms, they see ads that are relevant, and arrive at relevany web pages.

Relevancy is why Google exists. So Quality Score is very important.

The better your Quality Score, the lower Google will charge you to use your keyword.
